At fi'zi, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original boxes and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.
Ship the Gear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
